The reputation of the associates in our Monterey Peninsula offices is one of the main reasons Janet chose to join SIR in 2008. Building her sales business from a standing start after 30 years as a Manager and Coach, in 2009 she ranked Number One in 2009 in Closed Units and in the Top Ten for dollar volume. In 2010 she was offered the opportunity to become Brokerage Manager of the Monterey Peninsula offices, a position she accepted with great pride.
One of Janet's great advantages as a manager is the knowledge of how to build a sustainable business in a shifting market. Her recent work in the field makes her uniquely qualified to help agents through the challenges this business presents. One of her strongest attributes is creativity, and brainstorming with agents to help them find just the right solution to a problem is the thing she loves most about her job.
